The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Age 13 ¾

A humorous young adult novel narrated by Adrian Mole, an awkward preteen boy. Adrian hyperfocuses on the less important details of his life, like giving
the reader daily updates on the zit on his chin, while glossing over difficult topics like divorce. For my concept, I painted an uncomfortably close portrait of Adrian and arranged the cover type around his acne.
